A minimum advance payment is required to initiate any project. The remaining balance must be cleared before final website deployment. Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and timely content submission by the client. Delays caused due to incomplete information or lack of communication from the client may extend the delivery date.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and materials. Webinor is not liable for copyright issues related to content provided by the client.
The agreed project package includes limited revisions. Additional changes beyond the approved scope may incur extra charges.
Hosting, domain registration, payment gateways, and other third-party tools are subject to their respective provider terms. Webinor is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party platforms.
Webinor shall not be held responsible for business losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
